My name is Judith van Heel.
In May 2000, I obtained my Masters Degree in Psychology (Physiological Psychology) at the “Free University of Amsterdam”. 
After my graduation I started working as a CRA in Clinical Research at a Pharmaceutical company. Thereafter I have worked in different roles within Clinical Research (CRA-Manager, Recruiter, international Project Manager, Trainer and Development Specialist) with different Pharmaceutical Companies and CROs and within diverse therapeutic areas.
In 2012 I started my own company as Freelance CRA. At the end of 2018 I have taken the next step to grow further as “BV”.
I love to be the person who connects the dots within a study, as partner with the site staff and at the same time as partner with the Sponsor or CRO.
In my work as much as in my private life the people aspect has always interested me, next to relationship management and the analytical aspect.
You will find in me a no-nonsense, committed, approachable, analytical, pragmatic and solution seeking partner.
